The items are for our seniors to enjoy for Mother's Day and Father's Day. Nearly 200 Roswell seniors will receive gift baskets. Please consider donating the following items:
- hair brush, comb, shampoo
- puzzle books
- toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash
- deodorant, hand sanitizer
- magazines (they may be gently used)
- pens, crayons
- hand cream, chapstick, personal soap (hotel bar)
- socks
- stress balls
- finger nail file

RRAH Meets Tuesday, 5/7: Tips From a Wellness Coach

Roswell Rotary After Hours meets again tonight, Tuesday, May 7th at The Artillery Room @ Gate City! The club will welcome Stephanie Watson, a wellness coach at STAT Wellness, a local Roswell business. She will share tips on how to make small, sustainable, changes in order to achieve optimal wellness. See you there!

Unity Garden Service Project This Saturday!

After Hours is on deck to volunteer at the Unity Garden at the Chattahoochee Nature Center on May 11th. The shift starts at 9 a.m. and go until Noon. The plan is to work around the garden doing anything and everything they need, like picking weeds, organizing plants and potting.
Did you know? The Unity Garden grows fresh produce to be donated to the food pantry at North Fulton Community Charities. Fresh vegetables and greens are delivered once or twice a week.
