President Nancy's Message

A Big Thank You to Steve Stroud and Andy Williams for a Fantastic Program on Roswell Inc and Tourism!
Roswell Rotary was honored to have our own Steve Stroud and Andy Williams for an engaging and informative presentation about Roswell Inc and the exciting work being done to boost tourism and business growth in our city.Steve and Andy shared how Roswell Inc serves as the economic development arm for the city, working behind the scenes to support local businesses, attract new opportunities, and enhance Roswell’s reputation as a thriving destination to live, work, and visit. From supporting startups to attracting national events, their work is fueling innovation and energy across our community.
They also highlighted Roswell’s growing tourism industry — from the culinary scene to cultural heritage and natural beauty — and how strategic efforts are drawing in visitors and supporting our local economy.
We thank Steve and Andy for taking the time to speak with us and for their leadership in making Roswell a vibrant, welcoming place. Their passion for our city is inspiring, and their dedication is what makes Roswell shine.

A Year to Remember – My Final Meeting as President
As I prepare to lead my final meeting this Thursday, I find myself filled with gratitude, pride, and a touch of disbelief that this incredible year is already coming to a close. Serving as President of Roswell Rotary has been one of the greatest honors of my life — a truly fabulous job that I’ve held with joy, humility, and deep appreciation.
This week, we’ll take a look back at the amazing things we’ve accomplished together during our Year in Review. From impactful service projects and powerful partnerships to fun fellowship and community engagement, it’s been a year full of heart, hustle, Rotary spirit and a few surprises along the way.
We’ll also share a few special acknowledgments to honor those who made this journey meaningful — because this year has never been about one person. It’s been about us, and the incredible things we can do together when we live out Service Above Self.
Thank you for trusting me to lead, for showing up, and for making a difference. I’m humbled and honored to join the ranks of our Past Presidents, and I look forward to continuing to serve alongside all of you in the years to come.

Join the Public Image Team!

We are looking for back-ups for our incoming Public Image team! Building a strong bench is so important, but especially with Public Image, because we aren't doing just a single project. We are working all year long taking pictures, making videos, interviewing, writing stories, setting up ribbon cuttings, and overall documenting all of the amazing projects that this Roswell Rotary Club creates.
Just reach out to Hal Schlenger hschlenger@greatsouthbenefits.com (PI Board Chair & Board Member; District & International media) Becky Nelson bnelson@cchl.com (Social & Non-traditional media) or Kathy Igou kligou@gmail.com (traditional media, website) if you are interested in becoming a Public Image Team member. We need you and the Club needs you.
