Tuesday Oct. 10 is Mental Health Day


To help recognize Mental Health Day on Tuesday, here are some actions you can take:

For Others:

  • Each day this week, check on a friend by asking them "How are you?" A quick text or email make a real difference. 

For Yourself:

  • Write a poem
  • Take a walk
  • Leave your phone in another room.
