Speaker Thursday
Roswell's Own Pam Reed Baker

Pam Baker is a devoted mother, purpose-driven leader, and community-builder who has spent more than two decades turning adversity into ripples of impact and hope. When two of her children were diagnosed with cystic fibrosis in 2002, Pam and her late husband, Jon, channeled their heartbreak into action — raising more than $10 million for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation through grassroots advocacy, events, and community mobilization.

Following Jon’s passing from glioblastoma in 2021, Pam once again transformed personal loss into meaningful legacy. She founded Widows Who Wine, a social community created to bring connection, joy, and belonging to women navigating life after loss. What began with 14 women around a kitchen table has grown to nearly 400 members locally, with national chapters launching next month — a testament to the extraordinary ripple effect that begins when one circle of support expands with love and purpose.

Pam is also the author of “Where’s the Key to the Safe?”, co-written with her nephew Cameron — a practical and heartfelt guide inspired by her own challenges navigating probate. Together, they now lead workshops and seminars to help families avoid probate pitfalls, protect assets, and maximize generational wealth, ensuring peace of mind and clarity long before it’s needed.

As the host of The Lost Love Stories podcast, Pam amplifies voices of resilience and reinvention, reminding each listener that love doesn’t end — it evolves.

Whether raising millions for lifesaving research or building community for widows redefining their futures, Pam’s life is a living example of the ripple effect: how one act of service, one shared story, or one courageous step forward can change lives and spark movements.
